Payment

I accept paypal.

Please note: you do not need to open a paypal account in order to use their user friendly service. You just use your credit/debit card as normal.

Shipping: 

Postage is by 1st Class Royal Mail in the UK and Royal Mail "Airsure" , where available, internationally, as this has the reassurance of tracking.

Shipping is £3 to the UK and free for orders over £75

NOTE: International shipping may take between 1 and 4weeks.

Packaging

Gift-wrapping is included free of charge. All Quercus Silver is presented in a hand stiched pouch and wrapped in Indian papers, tied with ribbon, making an unusual and personal gift.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me.

If, within 21 days of receipt, you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund your purchase price, less postage costs. The item must be in original condition, unworn and unused.

This is in addition to,and exceeding, your consumer rights, which are not affected.
